Sales Division
Product Planning Group (Marketing Group) “Less invasive”, “safe”, and “effective” are the key terms in planning unique products for patients with the help of Doctors as well as providing field support to post sales. Our mission is market entry with our “Made in Japan” products.
Overseas Operations Group The world has become a borderless society. Our goal is to interrelate globally with each other in order to make contributions to patients around the world through importing and exporting. For the constantly evolving medical field, we will show Japan’s accurate technologies and will deal with the latest global trends.
Sales Group Our group deals with “interventional” (less invasive) products. We collect any requests given by Doctors at clinical sites, provide information to our Product Planning Group and to be able to deliver concepts and characteristics of new products to as many Doctors as possible.
Sales Administration Group Our group is where we deal with any inquiries from customers. We also support our sales group starting from receiving, placing orders, etc. and to provide an environment where they can work smoothly. We will always keep in mind about advancement in dealing with our customers and to have quickness and accurateness in our paperwork.
Product Development Division
Products Development Group Our slogan is “To be as effective and people-friendly as possible” The medical field is growing every minute in terms of advancement in technology. We develop without losing interest and continue to develop products towards the future. The possibility hidden inside our technology is infinite.
Regulatory Affairs Group Our group deals with gathering information on regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical regulations such as information on effectiveness, safeness and quality evaluation of medical devices. Our job starts from issuing application forms, negotiating with the authorities concerned and to obtain approval from the Health Minister. Since this process may take a long time, we try to obtain approval as quick as possible to be able to deliver the products to the patients as soon as we can.
Quality Assurance Division
Quality Assurance Group We secure the quality of the raw materials, parts as well as assurance for sterilization of our products. Medical devices are classified in terms of the risks of patients but the risks have nothing to do with the quality. We are aiming to have the highest quality- “Made in Japan” products in the world and we will serve products that Doctors feel safe in using.
Safety Management Group After post-sales of the products, information on safety management are collected and identified. In terms of complaint information, we handle them immediately. We monitor effectiveness and safeness of a product in order to serve our customers (Doctors and patients) safe products.
Production Division
Industrial Technology Group We create ropes to deal with upgrading functions of products and to produce products with stable qualities. Processes of development and production are brought together to continue the delivery of innovative products.
Production Group / Production Management Group Every one of our members thinks of serving people-friendly medical products. We not only educate in manufacturing the products but we also educate in manufacturing people as well. We will do our best in serving the right products to our patients as well as trying to have a steady supply of the products. This is all worth for your smiles as well as ours.
Purchasing Group Raw materials are necessary items in creating stable qualities. Samples and materials for production are managed and are tried to be served in manufacturing processes. Since we manufacture products to fulfill the needs of Doctors, we relate closely with raw material suppliers and try to conserve a stock management system.
